dc.descriptionPurpose. Identification of current trends of the working-age population mortality from diseases of digestive organs in regions of Ukraine, among men and women, depending on settlement type was a research objective.Materials and methods. Mortality rates of the working-age population from diseases of digestive organs in regions of Ukraine, among men and women are investigated, in the cities and rural areas in a dynamics from 2010 to 2014. Methods: system approach, medical and mathematical statistics.Results. Growth of mortality of the working-age population from diseases of digestive organs in general across Ukraine, especially in Poltava (by 1,5 times), Khmelnytskyi (for 36%), Sumy (for 30%) areas is revealed. It is proved that mortality of men is higher, than mortality of women almost twice. Tendencies of mortality of urban and country people were almost identical.  Conclusion. Further development of administrative actions in public health policy for improvement of the existing situation is expedient.en-US
dc.descriptionМета: визначити сучасні тенденції смертності населення України працездатного віку від хвороб органів травлення в регіонах України, серед чоловіків та жінок, залежно від типу поселення.Матеріали і методи. За даними Державної служби статистики України вивчалися коефіцієнти смертності населення працездатного віку від хвороб органів травлення у регіонах України за 2010–2014 роки. У дослідженні застосовані системний підхід, методи медичної та математичної статистики.Результати. Виявлено ріст смертності населення працездатного віку від хвороб органів травлення в цілому по Україні, особливо у Полтавській (у 1,5 разу), Хмельницькій (на 36%), Сумській (на 30%) областях. Доведено, що смертність чоловіків вища за смертність жінок майже удвічі. Тенденції смертності міського та сільського населення майже однакові.Висновки. У подальшому доцільна розробка управлінських заходів у системі охорони здоров’я для покращення існуючої ситуації.uk-UA
