| dc.description | Purpose: to develop conceptual model of mortality prevention of working age population at the regional level.Materials and methods. During performance of work methods of structural and logical analysis and conceptual modeling have been used. Methodical basis of study was system approach.Results. The conceptual model of mortality prevention of working age population at regional level has been developed. The model is comprehensive, intersectoral and based on preventive activities of all participants of process. The model consists of two phases: conceptual and implementation phase. The first is directed and comes to the end with formation of the general concept of actions, the second includes a choice of an optimal option of assessing the effectiveness of chosen program.Conclusions. The proposed model elements in conditions of the limited budget testify of their reality, personified character, economic feasibility. | en-US |
| dc.description | Мета: розробити концептуальну модель попередження смертності населення працездатного віку на регіональному рівні.Матеріали і методи. У ході виконання роботи було використано методи структурно-логічного аналізу та концептуального моделювання. Методичною основою дослідження став системний підхід.Результати. Розроблено концептуальну модель попередження смертності населення працездатного віку на регіональному рівні. Модель є комплексною, міжсекторальною і ґрунтується на профілактичній спрямованості у діяльності всіх учасників процесу. Модель складається із двох фаз: концептуальної та фази реалізації. Перша спрямована і завершується формуванням загальної концепції дій, друга включає вибір оптимального варіанту з оцінкою ефективності обраної програми.Висновки. Запропоновані елементи моделі за умов обмеженого бюджету свідчать про їх реальність, персоніфікований характер, економічну доцільність. | uk-UA |
