| dc.description | In modern obstetrics the problem of infectious complications after cesarean section is determined by high maternal mortality and disability of young women and varies within 0.2-2.2 %. The problem of intra-infectious diseases is extremely acute. Infectious agents are predominantly opportunistic microorganisms, gaining multiple resistance to antibiotics. Taking into account the periodic change of the most prevalent pathogens of intraoperation infections and their antibiotic resistance, especially the prevention of these infections, the development of preventive and anti-epidemic measures in the operating system is impossible without establishing their actual level, continuous epidemiological and microbiological monitoring, development of their results and implementation of anti-epidemic measures. | en-US |
| dc.description | Проблема інфекційних ускладнень після кесаревого розтину в сучасному акушерстві визначається високою материнською смертністю й інвалідизацією молодих жінок та коливається в межах 0,2–2,2 %. При цьому надзвичайно гостро постає проблема внутрішньолікарняних інфекцій (ВЛІ). Збудниками ВЛІ у породіль є переважно факультативні умовно-патогенні мікроорганізми (УПМ), набуваючи множинної стійкості до антибіотиків. Враховуючи періодичну зміну домінуючих збудників ВЛІ та їх антибіотикорезистентність, особливості профілактики цих інфекцій, а також розробка профілактичних та протиепідемічних заходів у операційній не можлива без встановлення їх дійсного рівня, постійного епідеміологічного і мікробіологічного моніторингу, розробки за їх результатами та впровадження протиепідемічних заходів. | uk-UA |
