dc.descriptionThe aim of the research. Тo analyze a clinical case of intrauterine mixed infection in a newborn. In recent years, there has been an increase in the frequency and prevalence of intrauterine infections, which are leading in the structure of infant morbidity and mortality. Among these infections leading role takes the family of herpes viruses, which include cytomegalovirus (CMV). The ability of the virus to cause severe fetal damage is possible in any trimester of pregnancy, especially in cases of primary infection during pregnancy. Manifested congenital cytomegalovirus infection develops in 5–18 % of newborns and is characterized by severe course with high mortality. The virus has the ability to induce suppression of almost all parts of the immune system, namely: macrophage dysfunction, interleukin synthesis imbalance, inhibit T-lymphocyte activity, reduction in the ratio of CD4/CD8, the synthesis of interferons and the activity of natural killers, creates the prerequisites for the attachment of bacterial generalized infectious and inflammatory processes. The article presents the features of the clinic and the course of intrauterine mixed infection in a newborn.en-US
dc.descriptionМета – проаналізувати клінічний випадок внутрішньоутробного мікст-інфікування у новонародженої дитини. В останні роки відзначається зростання частоти та поширеності внутрішньоутробних інфекцій, які є провідними у структурі захворюваності та смертності немовлят. Серед них провідну роль посідає родина герпесвірусів, до яких належить й цитомегаловірус (ЦМВ). Здатність вірусу спричиняти тяжке ураження плода можливе у будь-якому триместрі вагітності, особливо у випадках первинного зараження під час вагітності. У 5-18 % немовлят розвивається маніфестна вроджена цитомегаловірусна інфекція, яка характеризується тяжким ступенем з високою летальністю. Вірус володіє здатністю викликати супресію практично всіх ланок імунітету, а саме: дисфункцію макрофагів, дисбаланс синтезу інтерлейкінів, пригнічувати активність Т-лімфоцитів, спричиняти зниження співвідношення CD4/CD8, синтезу інтерферонів й активності природних кілерів, що створює передумови для нашарування бактерійних генералізованих інфекційно-запальних процесів. Наведено особливості клініки та перебігу внутрішньоутробного мікст-інфікування у новонародженої дитини.uk-UA
