| dc.description | The search for new approaches of treatment and prevention of diseases of the digestive system is still very important, as the prevalence of this pathology is increasing. The aim of our study was to compare the effectiveness of treatment of oral mucosa inflammatory diseases and explore the changes in the level of imunoglobulins and interleukins during treatment with rotokan, metrogyl denta and xenoderm. The analysis of the experiment data showed the positive correlation between the level of both proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory interleukins. Applied rotokan, metrogyl denta and xenoderm showed positive results, but their effectiveness was different. After the use of xenoderm, obtained data in most cases was not significantly different with the control group. | en-US |
| dc.description | Пошук нових підходів до лікування та профілактики захворювань органів травлення зберігає свою актуальність, оскільки поширеність патології невпинно зростає. Метою нашого дослідження було порівняти ефективність лікування запальних захворювань СОПР та дослідити при цьому зміни рівня імуноглобулінів та інтерлейкінів при використанні ротокану, метрогілу-дента та ксенодерму при розробленому нами експериментальному гастродуоденіті. Аналіз отриманих даних дозволив встановити позитивні кореляційні зв’язки між рівнем як прозапальних, так і протизапальних інтерлейкінів. Застосовані нами препарати – «Ротокан», «Метрогіл-дента» та «Ксенодерм» дали позитивні результати, але їх ефективність була різною. Після застосування ксенодерму показники у більшості випадків від контрольної групи достовірно не відрізнялися.Ключові слова: гастродуоденіт, запальні захворювання слизової оболонки порожнини рота, інтерлейкіни, імуноглобуліни. | uk-UA |
