| dc.description | The work is dedicated to the issues of an integrated approach to the treatment of an acute alveolitis in 72 patients with of diabetes mellitus type 2. There is suggested a method of dynamic control of the cellular composition of discharge from the holes after tooth extraction that allows to diagnose alveolitis in the early stages of its development. The consistent performance of traditional therapeutic measures with the additional use of modern drugs with antiseptic and antimicrobial properties, including "Lizomukoyid" promotes elimination of inflammatory events in the hole for a short time, as evidenced by cytology. | en-US |
| dc.description | Роботу присвячено питанням комплексного підходу до лікування гострого альвеоліту в 72 хворих на цукровий діабет 2 типу. Запропонована методика динамічного контролю за клітинним складом виділень з лунки зуба після видалення дозволяє діагностувати альвеоліт на ранніх етапах його розвитку. Послідовне ж виконання традиційних лікувальних заходів із додатковим використанням сучасних препаратів, що володіють антисептичними і протимікробними властивостями, зокрема «Лізомукоїд», сприяє ліквідації явищ запалення в лунці за більш короткі терміни, що підтверджується цитологічними дослідженнями. | uk-UA |
