| dc.description | The article presents an analysis of literature data regarding the problem of pathological changes in parodontium conditions of hormonal imbalance in men and women. It is shown that nowadays problem of parodontium pathology in low function of genital glands does not answer all the questions of scientists, despite the fact that with the growth of tumors the number of people of young and middle age removed with gonads significantly increases. In addition, the presence of a large number of negative influences of the environment and concomitant diseases provoke destructive changes in the soft and hard tissues in parodontium, against osteoporosis, which becomes endemic. | en-US |
| dc.description | У статті наведено аналіз літературних даних щодо проблеми патологічних змін у пародонті за умов гормонального дисбалансу в чоловіків та жінок. Показано, що на сьогодні проблема патології пародонта за умов недостатньої функції статевих залоз не дає відповіді на всі питання науковців, незважаючи на те, що з ростом пухлинних захворювань кількість людей молодого та середнього віку з видаленими гонадами суттєво збільшується. До того ж, наявність значної кількості негативних впливів зовнішнього середовища та супутні захворювання провокують деструктивні зміни як в м’яких, так і у твердих тканинах пародонта, на тлі остеопорозу, який набуває характеру епідемії. | uk-UA |
