| dc.description | In hypoergy condition of the body in parodontium occurs inflammatory-dystrophic process characterized by leukocyte infiltration as epithelium and deeper tissues there are disturbances of microcirculation, slows the maturation and differentiation of epithelial cells, which leads to a pronounced acanthosis, parakeratosis; as a result of necrosis decreases the height of the gingival papillae become lower; the destruction of the circular ligament of the tooth leads to exposure of the anatomical tooth root and the formation of periodontal pockets. | en-US |
| dc.description | При гіпоергічному стані організму в пародонті виникає запально-дистрофічний процес, який характеризується лейкоцитарною інфільтрацією як епітелію, так і субепітеліальних тканин, виникають порушення мікроциркуляції, сповільнюється дозрівання і диференціювання епітеліоцитів, що призводить до вираженого акантозу, паракератозу; в результаті некрозу зменшується висота ясенних сосочків; руйнування кругової зв’язки зуба призводить до оголення анатомічного кореня зуба та утворення пародонтальних кишень. | uk-UA |
