EXPERT ASSESSMENT OF PROSTATE PROTECTORS FOR PHARMACOTHERAPY OF CHRONIC PROSTATITIS (on the example of the Ivano-Frankivsk region)

| dc.description | The aim of the work. To conduct an expert assessment of prostate protectors (PP) as medicines that affect inflammatory lesions of the prostate gland.Materials and Methods. The material of the study was the information of expert assessment of prostatitis farmacotherapy obtained using a poll, which was carried out according to the methodology of O. R. Levytska. 55 questionnaires of urologists of the Ivano-Frankivsk region were analyzed, 34 (61.8 %) of which were selected for further study according to the competence of experts.Results and Discussion. It was found that all experts have full knowledge of PP information. For more than four-fifths of them the main source of information is the State Formular of Medicines, for about four-fifths – the Internet, for more than a half – instructions for the medical use of PP. Almost two-thirds of urologists in the prescribing of PP do not consider the patient's solvency, more than two-fifths of them prescribe PP after full analysis of its clinical application, almost all experts choose PP in accordance with the standards of treatment, about half of them do not pay attention to the origin of PP, but prefers an original one. All PP experts classified the trade names of Tamsulosin, Silodosin, Terazosin, Tamsulosin and Dutasteride, Finasteride as V and E classes, that is vital and necessary. Omnic caps. was unanimously established as the most important for farmacotherapy, effective, safe and often prescribed PP. The other two PPs with a strong consensus among experts regarding group V (Fokusin caps 0.4 mg, Omnic ocas tab 0.4 mg) are characterized by the same level of consistency regarding high efficacy, safety and frequency of prescribing. It was determined that it is necessary to pay attention to Prostatilen-Biofarma lyophilizate 10 mg and Prostatilen suppositories 0.03 g, characterized by a high degree of consensus among experts regarding group D, high efficacy and safety, and noticeable consistency regarding the frequency of prescribing.Conclusions. Through the questionnaire poll the of urologists of the Ivano-Frankivsk region examined the availability of information to them of information about current PP, features of their perception of new PP and the level of influence of individual factors on the PP prescribing were studied. An assessment of the importance for the chronic prostatitis pharmacotherapy, efficacy, safety and frequency of prescribing of PP was conducted taking into account the competence of experts. The obtained results to optimization for the local and regional forms of drugs in the part of the pharmacotherapy of chronic prostatitis will be used. | en-US |
| dc.description | Мета роботи. Проведення експертної оцінки простатопротекторів (ПП) як лікарських засобів, що впливають на запальне ураження передміхурової залози.Матеріали і методи. Матеріалом дослідження була інформація експертної оцінки фармакотерапії (ФТ) простатиту, отримана за допомогою анкетування, яке здійснювалося за методикою О. Р. Левицької. Було проаналізовано 55 анкет від лікарів-урологів Івано-Франківської області, з них для подальшого дослідження за рівнем компетентності експертів відібрано 34 анкети (61,8 %).Результати й обговорення. Виявлено, що всі експерти повністю володіють інформацією щодо ПП. Для понад чотирьох п’ятих основним джерелом інформації є Державний формуляр лікарських засобів, для близько чотирьох п’ятих – мережа Internet, для понад половини – інструкції для медичного застосування ПП. Майже дві третини лікарів-урологів при призначенні ПП не зважають на платоспроможність хворого, понад дві п’яті з них призначають ПП після ретельного аналізу його клінічного застосування, майже всі експерти обирають ПП відповідно до стандартів лікування, майже половина з них не надає значення походженню ПП, але віддає перевагу оригінальним ПП. Усі експерти ПП торгові назви тамсулозину, силодозину, теразозину, тамсулозину і дудастериду, фінастериду віднесли до класу V і Е, тобто життєво важливих і необхідних. Омнік капс. одностайно визнаний як найбільш важливим для ФТ, ефективним, безпечним та часто призначуваним ПП. Інші два ПП із сильною узгодженістю думок експертів щодо групи V (Фокусин капс. 0,4, Омнік Окас таб.) характеризуються таким же рівнем узгодженості щодо високої ефективності, безпечності та частоти призначення. Встановлено, що необхідно звернути увагу на Простатилен-Біофарма ліофілізат 10 мг та Простатилен суп.0,03 г, які характеризуються високою узгодженістю думок експертів щодо групи D, високої ефективності і безпечності та помітною узгодженістю щодо частоти призначення.Висновки. Шляхом анкетного опитування лікарів-урологів Івано-Франківської області вивчено доступність для них інформації про сучасні ПП, особливості сприйняття ними нових ПП та рівень впливу окремих чинників на призначення ПП. Здійснено, з урахуванням компетентності експертів, оцінку важливості для ФТ ХП, ефективності, безпечності та частоти призначення ПП. Отримані результати будуть використані для оптимізації локальних та регіонального формулярів лікарських засобів в частині ФТ ХП. | uk-UA |
