dc.descriptionThe aim of the work. The aim of our research was to determine the macroscopic and microscopic diagnostic features of Chrysanthemum×Hortorum Bailey leaves of Belgo and Pectoral variants.Materials and Methods. To study the morphological structure of raw materials, a magnifying glass and a binocular microscope were used. The anatomical structure of the leaves was studied according to the generally accepted pharmacopoeial techniques of microscopic analysis. Microdiagnostic features were fixed using a "Granum" microscope with a magnification of ×40, ×100, ×400 times. The photos were taken with Sony DSC-W80 camera.Results and Discussion. The leaves of both varieties of chrysanthemums are with long petioles, trilobate or pinnate-lobed, separated or dissected, serrate on the edge. The upper side of the leaf is green, pubescent, lower - grayish-green due to abundant pubescence, with protruding veins.The structure of the leaf blade is dorsoventral, amphistomatic. Mesophile with unstable differentiation of columnar chlorenchyma. The thickness of the leaf plate, depending on the number of layers and mesophilic cell sizes, varies under the influence of various environmental factors and conditions of cultivation.The epidermal complex of the lower and upper sides of the plate consist of the basic cells, the walls of which are thin, wavy; stomata of anomocytic type; curved T-shaped live hairs and essential oil glands. A distinctive feature of the Pectoral variant from the Belgo variant is the presence of a larger number of big secretive glands with an oval two-row tiered head.The main area of the petiole is parenchyma, its subepidermal layers are colenchymatose. The conductive system of petioles is represented by a semi-round central bundle and lateral bundle. Central bundle is collateral. Lateral bundles are collateral or centroxylem.Conclusions. The morphological and anatomical structure of leaves of chrysanthemums garden perennials of Belgo and Pectoral variants has been investigated, the main common and distinct diagnostic features have been detected.en-US

Визначити  макро- і мікроскопічні діагностичні ознаки листків хризантеми садової багаторічної (Chrysanthemum × hortorum Bailey) сортів Belgo та Пектораль.Матеріали і методи. Для вивчення морфологічної будови сировини використовували лупу та бінокулярний мікроскоп. Анатомічну будову листків  вивчали за загальноприйнятими фармакопейними методиками мікроскопічного аналізу. Діагностичні мікроскопічні ознаки фіксували за допомогою мікроскопа «Granum» при збільшенні ×40, ×100, ×400 разів. Фотознімки робили за допомогою фотоапарата Sony DSC-W80.Результати й обговорення. Листки обох сортів хризантеми багаторічної садової довгочерешкові, трійчасто- або перисто- лопатеві, роздільні чи розсічені, по краю пилчасті. Верхня сторона зелена, опушена, нижня – сірувато-зелена від рясного опушення, з виступаючими жилками.Будова листкової пластинки дорзовентральна, амфістоматична. Мезофіл з нестабільною диференціацією стовпчастої хлоренхіми. Товщина листової пластинки, що залежить від кількості шарів і розмірів клітин мезофілу, змінюється під дією різних екологічних чинників та умов вирощування.Епідермальний комплекс нижньої і верхньої сторін пластинки складають базисні клітини, оболонки яких тонкі, звивисті; продихи аномоцитного типу, криючі Т-подібні живі волоски та ефіроолійні залозки. Відмнною ознакою листків сорту Пектораль відносно сорту Belgo є наявність значної кількості великих секретуючих залозок з овальною дворядно-ярусною головкою.Основну площу черешка займає паренхіма, її субепідермальні шари коленхіматозні. Провідна система черешків представлена півмісячним центральним пучком і бічними. Центральний пучок колатеральний. Бічні пучечки колатеральні або центроксилемні.Висновки. Досліджено морфолого-анатомічну будову листків хризантеми садової багаторічної сортів Belgo і Пектораль, виявлено основні спільні і відмінні діагностичні ознаки.uk-UA
