THE INTEGRATED ABC/FMR/VED-ANALYSIS OF PROSTATE PROTECTORS REALIZATION (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE PHARMACY NETWORK)

dc.descriptionThe aim of the study. To perform an illustrative classification of prostate protectors (PPs) in terms of commodity circulation with the simultaneous identification of the frequency of their realization by pharmacies, depending on the importance of PPs for pharmacotherapy.Materials and Methods. Materials of the study were drugs of therapeutic subgroup G04C "Drugs for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia". The research place was Iva-Farm Ltd. pharmacy network (Ivano-Frankivsk), which consists of 31 pharmacies. Study period was 2017 year. The methodology of the study was based on the integrated ABC/FMR/VED-analysis.Results and Discussion.  According to the data of PPs realization by the pharmacy network in 2017 it was found that the depth of their assortment was 26 positions or 33.3 % of the registered PPs inUkraine. With the ABC-analysis 10 major PPs were identified according to the amount of realization in value index (including 4 formular PPs), and with the FMR-analysis 8 major PPs were identified according to the amount of realization in natural index (including 5 formular PPs). With the help of the formal VED-analysis it was determined that more than half of the investigated PPs are vital. Herewith the proportion of the realized non-formular (desirable) PPs in the value index is less than a half and in the natural index – the third. As a result of the integrated ABC/FMR/VED-analysis four major formular PPs were identified according to the amount of realization in value and natural indexes, namely: Omnik cps.  N 30, Flosin 0.4 mg N 30, Avodart 0.5 mg N 90.Conclusions. The results of the integrated ABC/FMR/VED-analysis of retail realization of PPs can serve as the basis for making decisions on the balance of the PPs assortment in the pharmacy network. The high proportion of the realization of non-formular PPs in the value and natural indexes indicates the necessity of monitoring the feasibility of the use of such drugs and limiting of unreasonable prescriptions of non-formular PPs by increasing the effectiveness of informational work among urologists.en-US

Здійснити наглядний розподіл простатопротекторів (ПП) за обсягом товарообігу з одночасною ідентифікацією частоти їх роздрібної реалізації залежно від важливості ПП для фармакотерапії.Матеріали і методи. Матеріалами дослідження були ЛЗ  із терапевтичної підгрупи G04C «Препарати для лікування доброякісної гіперплазії передміхурової залози». Місце дослідження – аптечна мережа ТзОВ «Іва-Фарм» (м. Івано-Франківськ), до складу якої входить 21 аптека і 10 аптечних пунктів.  Період дослідження – 2017 р. Методологія дослідження ґрунтувалася на інтегрованому АВС/FMR/VED-аналізі.Результати й обговорення. За даними реалізації ПП аптечною мережею за 2017 р. виявлено, що глибина їх асортименту становила 26 позицій або 33,3 % від зареєстрованих ПП в Україні. Шляхом ABC-аналізу встановлено 10 найважливіших ПП за обсягом реалізації у вартісному показнику (серед них 4 формулярних ПП), а за даними FMR-аналізу – 8 найважливіших ПП за обсягом реалізації у натуральному показнику (серед них 5 формулярних ПП). За допомогою формального VED-аналізу визначено, що більшість ПП є життєво необхідними. При цьому частка реалізованих неформулярних (бажаних) ПП у вартісному показнику становить менше половини, а в натуральному показнику – третину. Унаслідок інтегрованого ABC/FMR/VED-аналізу визначено три найважливіші формулярних ПП за обсягом реалізації у вартісному і натуральному показниках, а саме: Омнік капс. № 30, Флосін 0,4 мг № 30, Аводарт  0,5 мг № 90.Висновки. Результати інтегрованого АВС/FMR/VED-аналізу роздрібної реалізації ПП можуть слугувати базою для прийняття рішень щодо збалансованості асортименту ПП в аптечній мережі. Висока частка реалізації неформулярних ПП у вартісному та натуральному показниках вказує на необхідність проведення моніторингу доцільності застосування таких ЛЗ та обмеження необґрунтованих призначень неформулярних ПП шляхом підвищення ефективності інформаційної роботи серед лікарів-урологів.uk-UA
