| dc.description | The purpose of the study is to assess the epidemiological risk of the current situation with HIV and TB in Ukraine.The incidence of HIV infection and tuberculosis at different regions of Ukraine has been characterized in this article. It is noted that the main reason for the deterioration of the epidemiological situation is the change in the biological properties of mycobacterium tuberculosis with the development of the poly- and multiresistance strain of the mentioned above pathogens to the antimycobacterial drugs. The significant deficiencies of control over tuberculosis are analyzed.Similarly, the situation with HIV infection is characterized, the epidemic of which is also not fully controlled. There is an extremely unfavorable prognosis for combined HIV/TB (HIV/TB) HIV infection for Ukraine. TB remains the main co-infection and causes death of people with HIV nowdays. The disadvantages of preventive anti-epidemic measures of HIV / TB has been specified. | en-US |
| dc.description | Мета роботи – оцінити епідемічну небезпеку теперішньої ситуації з ВІЛ-інфекції та туберкульозу (ТБ) в Україні.Охарактеризовано показники захворюваності на ВІЛ-інфекцію і туберкульоз у різних регіонах України. Відзначено, що основна причина погіршення епідеміологічної ситуації полягає в зміні біологічних властивостей мікобактерій туберкульозу з розвитком полі- та мультирезистентності штамів збудника до антимікобактерійних препаратів. Проаналізовано істотні недоліки контролю за туберкульозом. Подібним чином характеризується ситуація з ВІЛ-інфекції, епідемія якої також контролюється не повною мірою. Винятково несприятливий прогноз відносно комбінованої патології ВІЛ-інфекції з туберкульозом (ВІЛ/ТБ) для України. Досі ТБ залишається основною ко-інфекцією та причиною смерті хворих на ВІЛ-інфекцію. Вказано на недоліки протиепідемічної роботи стосовно ВІЛ/ТБ. | uk-UA |
