| dc.description | In 2016 there were 8 cases of tetanus in children, registered in Ukraine, who had been stipulated to a certain extent by irregularities in carrying out scheduled and urgent immunization, not providing an appropriate level of protection of the anti-tetanus immunity.The aim of the work – to analyze the literature sources to study the aetiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnostic, treatment and prevention of tetanus. This work should attract the attention of primary care physicians and narrow specialists to the early nonspecific symptoms of tetanus, the features of the clinical course of the disease, pathogenetic aspects of the occurrence of symptoms. | en-US |
| dc.description | У 2016 р. зареєстровано 8 випадків правця у дітей в Україні, що певною мірою зумовлено порушеннями в проведенні як планової, так і екстреної iмунiзацiї, що не забезпечує належного захисного рівня протиправцевого iмунiтeту. Метою роботи було проведення аналізу джерел літератури для вивчення сучасних даних щодо етіології, патогенезу, клініки, діагностики, принципів лікування та профілактики правця. Матеріали і методи. Проведення аналізу джерел літератури за даною темою.Результати. Стаття має привернути увагу лікарів первинної ланки та вузьких спеціалістів до ранньої неспецифічної симптоматики правця, особливостей клінічного перебігу хвороби, патогенетичних аспектів виникнення симптомів. | uk-UA |
