| dc.description | The aim of the work – to attract attention of doctors to possibility of erisipelas special form that accompanies oncologic pathology development, – paraneoplasty.Conclusions. Oncologic pathology is able substantially to modify the clinic of erisipelas, in particular to result in the increase of degree of intoxication, area of defeat and, even, become reason of «offtype» localization of inflammation. It confirms the expediency of selection of the special clinical form of erisipelas – paraneoplasty. Valuable information for diagnostics of this illness is given by thermographic research. Changes on thermographic picture are kept considerably longer than corresponding clinical displays, that gives an opportunity to educe forming of chronic form and forecast relapses. | en-US |
| dc.description | Мета роботи – привернути увагу лікарів до можливості розвитку особливої форми бешихи, що супроводжує онкопатологію, – паранеопластичної.Висновки. Онкопатологія здатна суттєво модифікувати клініку бешихи, зокрема призводити до зростання ступеня інтоксикації, площі ураження і навіть стати причиною «нетипової» локалізації запалення. Це підтверджує доцільність виділення особливої клінічної форми бешихи – паранеопластичної. Цінну інформацію для діагностики цієї хвороби надає термографічне дослідження. Зміни на термограмі зберігаються значно довше, ніж відповідні клінічні прояви, що дає можливість виявити формування хронічної форми і прогнозувати рецидиви. | uk-UA |
