| dc.description | Influenza B in epidemic season 2014-2015’s. in children characterized by a moderate course with a predominance of symptoms of intoxication on the background specific to influenza changes in laboratory parameters of peripheral blood (reduced total leukocyte count under age norms, relative lymphocytosis, normal or slow ESR). The features in the course of influenza in children can be considered as the emergence mialgic syndrome that is severe intensity, selective localization in the calf muscle, which occurs 3-5 days from the beginning with decrease of intoxication were not observed during previous epidemics. Myalgia calf muscles on the background of influenza were recorded in children aged 4-12 years old. For the purpose of differential diagnosis with neurological complications is determined the level of CPK in the blood. | en-US |
| dc.description | Грип В в епідсезоні 2014-2015 рр. у дітей характеризувався середньотяжким перебігом з переважанням симптомів інтоксикації на тлі характерних для грипу змін лабораторних показників периферичної крові (зниження загальної кількості лейкоцитів згідно з віковою нормою, відносний лімфоцитоз, нормальна або сповільнена ШОЕ). Особливостями перебігу грипу В у дітей можна вважати появу міалгічного синдрому, що полягає у вираженій інтенсивності, вибірковій локалізації в литкових м’язах, який виникає на 3-5-у добу від початку захворювання на тлі зниження проявів інтоксикації, що не спостерігали під час попередніх епідемій. Міалгії литкових м’язів на фоні грипу реєструвалися у дітей віком 4-12 років. З метою дифдіагностики з неврологічними ускладненнями визначали рівень креатинфосфокінази (КФК) у крові. | uk-UA |
