| dc.description | An examination of 90 children with intestinal infection in age from 1 month to 6 years conducted a set of studies that included general clinical methods, rota-, noro-, astro-, adenovirus indication, using immune-enzyme analysis, bacteriological examination of faeces for the presence of Salmonella, Shigella, E. Coli and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms (Klebsiella spp., Proteus spp., Enterobacter, Citrobacter spp.). The study was found noroviruses antigen in 12 people with acute intestinal infection (13.3 %), astroviruses antigen in 1 persons (1.1 %), adenoviruses antigen in 3 persons (3.3 %). Clinical norovirus infection characterized by acute onset of repeated vomiting, symptoms of intoxication, lesions of the gastrointestinal tract gastroenteritis type, mild catarrhal symptoms. | en-US |
| dc.description | При обстеженні 90 дітей з кишковою інфекцією віком від 1 місяця до 6 років проведено комплекс досліджень, який включав загально-клінічні методи, індикацію рота-, норо-, астро-, аденовірусів за допомогою імуноферментного аналізу, бактеріологічне дослідження випорожнень на наявність Salmonella, Shigella, E. coli та умовно патогенної мікрофлори (Klebsiella spp., Proteus spp., Enterobacter, Citrobacter spp.). Виявлено антиген норовірусу у 12 осіб з гострою кишковою інфекцією, антиген астровірусу в 1 особи, антиген аденовірусу у 3 осіб. Клінічна картина норовірусної інфекції характеризувалася гострим початком з багаторазовим блюванням, проявами інтоксикації, ураженням шлунково-кишкового тракту по типу гастроентериту, слабо вираженими катаральними явищами. | uk-UA |
