dc.descriptionIt has been analyzed clinical, pathogenetic, epidemiological and microbiological aspects of gastrointestinal salmonellosis in Bukovina caused by S. enteritidis, S. typhimurium, S. newport, S. essen, S. london and other groups over the past five years (according to a retrospective analysis of 374 cases, at the infectious diseases department of Regional Communal Institution «Chernivtsi Regional Clinical Hospital»). The microbial spectrum combined intestinal infection as part of salmonellosis often mixed infection included the genus Staphylococcus, Proteus, Pseudomonas, Candida, Shigella, Citrobacter, Rotavirus has been studied. The determination of integrated markers of endogenous intoxication allowed to confirm their growth in acute illness period in all cases (p<0,05).en-US
dc.descriptionПроаналізовано клініко-патогенетичні, епідеміологічні та мікробіологічні аспекти гастроінтестинального сальмонельозу на Буковині, викликаного S. enteritidis, S. typhimurium, S. newport, S. essen, S. london та іншими сальмонелами рідкісних груп, за останні п’ять років (згідно з ретроспективним аналізом 374 випадків за даними інфекційного відділення КМУ «Обласна клінічна лікарня м. Чернівці»). Висвітлено мікробний спектр поєднаної кишкової інфекції в складі сальмонельозу: найчастіше мікст-інфекція включала представників роду Staphylococcus, Proteus, Pseudomonas, Candida, Shigella, Citrobacter, Rotavirus. Детерміновані інтегративні показники ендогенної інтоксикації дозволили підтвердити їх зростання в гострому періоді недуги у всіх випадках (p<0,05).uk-UA
