| dc.description | The case of erroneous diagnostics of neuroborreliosis, caused by false-positive serum reactions is described, in particular by an exposure during great while by the method of immunoferment analysis of anti-Borrelia IgM antibody in default of corresponding IgG. Deep serum research – western blotting allowed to eliminate the diagnosis of neuroinfection in behalf on a chronic demyelinating disease. | en-US |
| dc.description | Описано випадок помилкової діагностики нейробореліозу, спричиненої псевдопозитивними серологічними реакціями, зокрема виявленням протягом тривалого часу методом ІФА протиборелійних IgM за відсутності відповідних IgG. Виключити діагноз нейроінфекції на користь хронічного демієлінізуючого захворювання дозволило поглиблене серологічне дослідження – блот-аналіз. | uk-UA |
