| dc.description | SUMMARY. The study included 331 patients with asthma.Depending on the degree of post-bronhodilyatatsionohoratio of FEV1/FVC there were identified 151 patientswith fixed and 180 with reversible obstruction. Levels ofanti-endotoxin antibodies of A, M, G classes and sCD14were determined by ELISA. The results showed thatthe level of ant-endotoxin IgG was significantly higher(P<0.001) in both control groups, while the level of thisimmunoglobulin was significantly higher (P<0.05) inpatients with fixed obstruction compared to reversibleone. A concentration of sCD14 in induced sputum wassignificantly higher (P <0.001) compare to control inboth study groups, although the level of this mediator inserum was significantly higher (P<0.05) only in patientswith reversible obstruction.Key words: bronchial asthma, endotoxin, immunity. | en-US |
| dc.description | У дослідження було включено 331 хворого набронхіальну астму. Залежно від ступеня пост-бронходілятаційногоспіввідношення ОФВ1/ФЖЄЛ було вияв-лено 151 пацієнта з фіксованою та 180 зі зворотноюобструкцією. Рівні антиендотоксинових антитілкласів А, М, G та sCD14 визначали методом твер-дофазного імуноферментного аналізу. Результатидослідження показали, що вміст антиендотоксиновихантитіл класу G був вище (р<0,001) контролю в обохгрупах, при цьому рівень цього імуноглобуліну буввище (р<0,05) у пацієнтів з фіксованою обструкцією.Концентрація sCD14 в індукованому мокротинні булавище (р<0,001) контролю в обох досліджуваних групах,хоча вміст цього медіатору в сироватці був вище(р<0,05) контролю тільки в пацієнтів зі зворотноюобструкцією.Ключові слова: бронхіальна астма, ендотоксин,імунітет. | uk-UA |
