| dc.description | SUMMARY. On the basis of the analysis of the frequencyand structure of HIV-infection associated diseases it hasbeen established that the most frequent coinfectionswere viral hepatitises (chronic hepatitis C); infectionscaused by herpesviruses of the I-IV types; relapsingand heavy bacterial infections of respiratory organs;damages of skin and mucous membranes; urogenitalinfections (clamidiosis, ureaplasmosis, mycoplasmosis,trichomoniasis, including their combination). Theimmunodeficiency progress led to the fact that theclinical demonstration of the listed illnesses naturallybecame frequent, and their severity rose.Key words: HIV-infection, associated diseases,diagnostics. | en-US |
| dc.description | На підставі аналізу частоти та структури су-путніх захворювань при ВІЛ-інфекції встановили, щонайчастішими коінфекціями були вірусні гепатити,передусім хронічний гепатит С; інфекція, зумовленагерпесвірусами I-IV типів; рецидивні й тяжкі бактерійніінфекції органів дихання; ураження шкіри та слизовихоболонок, а також урогенітальні інфекції (хламідіоз,уреаплазмоз, мікоплазмоз, трихомоніаз, у т.ч. їх по-єднання). Причому з прогресуванням імунодефіцитуклінічна маніфестація перерахованих недуг закономір-но частішала, а їх ступінь тяжкості наростав.Ключові слова: ВІЛ-інфекція, супутні захворюван-ня, діагностика. | uk-UA |
