| dc.description | SUMMARY. Analyzed the incidence of HIV infection and gene polymorphism studies. Particular attention is paid mutations with genotype CCR5 Δ32 and CCR-2 variant 64I, their relationship with other mutations, found their influence on the course of HIV infection. | dc.description | Проаналізовано захворюваність на ВІЛ-інфекцію та дослідження поліморфізму генів. Особливу увагу приділено мутаціям з генотипом CCR5 ∆32 та CCR-2 варіант 64І, їх взаємозв’язку з іншими мутаціями, встановлено їхній вплив на перебіг ВІЛ-інфекції. З’ясовано вплив хемокінів, цитокінів та інтерлейкінів у ВІЛ-інфікованих на генний поліморфізм.Ключові слова: ВІЛ-інфекція, поліморфізм генів, генотип, хемокіни, цитокіни. | uk-UA |
