ASSOCIATION OF POLYMORPHISMS OF GENES ACUTEPHASES PARAMETERS IN PATIENTS WITH NEWLY DIAGNOSED PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS

| dc.description | SUMMARY. We examined 150 patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis (NDPT) and 30 healthy donors (HD). It was determined the level of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in the serum of venous blood ELISA method. In addition, it was investigated polymorphism T330G gene IL-2 and C3872T – CRP in human hennomi by polymerase chain reaction.Before the chemotherapy in patients with NDPT, there was a significant increase in IL-2 and CRP when compared with the HD. After the two-month standard therapy was observed a significant decrease in IL-2 and CRP. High changes IL-2 and CRP was significantly associated with a mutation homozygotes polymorphism T330G gene IL-2 and C3872T – CRP in patients with NDPT.Mutation homozygous polymorphism T330G gene IL-2 and C3872T – CRP, which determines the level of production of the studied parameters, is a significant factor in susceptibility to NDPT.Key words: pulmonary tuberculosis, immunity, gene polymorphism, acutephases parameters, interleukin-2, C-reactive protein. | en-US |
| dc.description | Обстежено 150 хворих на вперше діагностований туберкульоз легень (ВДТБ) та 30 відносно здорових (ВЗ). Було визначено рівень інтерлейкіна-2 (IL-2) та С-реактивний білок (CRP) у сироватці венозної крові імуноферментним способом. Крім того, було досліджено поліморфізм T330G ділянок генів IL-2 та C3872T – CRP у геномі людини методом полімеразної ланцюгової реакції. До проведення хіміотерапії у хворих на ВДТБ достовірно підвищувався рівень IL-2 та CRP при зіставленні з ВЗ. Після проведеної двомісячної стандартної терапії спостерігалося достовірне зниження IL-2 та CRP. Значні зміни IL-2 та CRP достовірно асоційовані з мутаційною гомозиготою поліморфізму T330G гену IL-2 та C3872T – CRP у хворих на ВДТБ. Мутаційний гомозиготний поліморфізм T330G гену IL-2 та C3872T – CRP, що визначає рівень продукції досліджуваних показників, є істотним чинником схильності до розвитку ВДТБ.Ключові слова: туберкульоз легень, імунітет, поліморфізм генів, гострофазові показники, інтерлейкін-2, C-реактивний білок. | uk-UA |
