| dc.description | SUMMARY. Modeling of acute periodontitis in euthyroid animals is accompanied with an increase in the blood ofCD+4 lymphocytes and increased immunoregulatory index, which reflects the adequate reaction of cellular immunity todamage. In the experimental conditions of hypothyroidism acute periodontitis occurs against the backdrop of a significantreduction in the content of CD4+ lymphocytes and is accompanied by a significant decrease in the immunoregulatoryindex, which indicates the violation of the cellular component of the immune defense.KEY WORDS: hypothyroidism, acute periodontitis, cellular immunity, experiment. | en-US |

Моделювання гострого пародонтиту в еутиреоїдних тварин супроводжується зростанням вмісту укрові популяції лімфоцитів CD4+ та підвищенням імунорегуляторного індексу, що відображає адекватну реакціюклітинного імунітету на пошкодження. В умовах експериментального гіпотиреозу гострий пародонтит перебігаєна тлі суттєвого зниження вмісту в крові популяцій лімфоцитів CD4+ і супроводжується достовірним зниженнямімунорегуляторного індексу, що вказує на порушення клітинної ланки імунного захисту.КЛЮЧОВІ СЛОВА: гіпотиреоз, гострий пародонтит, клітинний імунітет, експеримент. | uk-UA |
