| dc.description | SUMMARY. During the period from 2007 to 2012 there wereexamined 115 patients withacute pancreatitis ofvarying severity. Age of patients was from 28 to 72 years old.The changes in cellular and humoral immunitywas found inexamined patients in comparison with healthy people. It was proved that number of major classes of cells of cellularimmunitydecreases. Examined patients weredividedinto 2 groups: patients wit hacutepancreatitis, edematous form –23 patients, patients wit hacute destructive pancreatitis – 92 patients. As a coregroupofobservationsincluded 42 patients(36.8%), in which the positive results achieved by intensive conservative treatment, surgical treatment, and the use ofextracorporeal detoxification. Application of efferent methods in the treatment of acute destructive pancreatitis hasreduced the number of septic complications and lethal outcomes.KEY WORDS: pancreatitis, extracorporeal detoxification. | en-US |
| dc.description | РЕЗЮМЕ. За період з 2007 по 2012 р. обстежено 115 хворих на гострий панкреатит різного ступеня тяжкостівіком від 28 до 72 років. У обстежених пацієнтів виявлено зміни клітинного і гуморального імунітету, порівняно ізздоровими: у крові зменшувалася відносна кількість основних класів клітин клітинної ланки імунітету. Обстеженіпацієнти були поділені на 2 групи: пацієнти з гострим панкреатитом, набряковою формою – 23 хворих; пацієнтиз гострим деструктивним панкреатитом – 92 пацієнти. В основну групу спостереження увійшли 42 пацієнти(36,8 %), у яких позитивних результатів досягнуто за допомогою інтенсивної консервативної терапії, оперативноголікування, а також застосування екстракорпоральної детоксикації. Застосування еферентних методів в лікуваннігострого деструктивного панкреатиту дозволило зменшити кількість гнійно-септичних ускладнень та летальнихнаслідків.КЛЮЧОВІ СЛОВА: панкреатит, екстракорпоральна детоксикація. | uk-UA |
