| dc.description | SUMMARY. The results of study of the effectiveness of aceclofenac (aertal) compared with diclofenac sodium inthe treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee are presented. Severity of pain in the knee joints and functional statusof patients in the dynamics of treatment was determined by visual analogue scale of pain, WOMAC scale, Leken’sfunctional index, The McGill Pain Questionnaire. After the treatment in the main group of patients taking aceclofenacand comparison groups there was observed a decrease in all studied parameters, more pronounced in patients of themain group. Reducing the intensity of pain, restoration of motor activity, improvement of functional capacity of patientsdemonstrates the feasibility of using of aceclofenac in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joints.KEY WORDS: osteoarthritis, treatment, aceclofenac. | en-US |
| dc.description | РЕЗЮМЕ. У статті наведені результати вивчення ефективності ацеклофенаку (аерталу) у порівнянні здиклофенаком натрію при комплексному лікуванні остеоартрозу колінних суглобів. Вираженість больовогосиндрому в колінних суглобах та функціональний стан пацієнтів у динаміці лікування визначали за допомогоювізуальної аналогової шкали болю, індексу остеоартрозу WОМАС, альго-функціонального індексу Лекена таанкети Мак-Гіла. Після проведеного курсу лікування в пацієнтів основної групи, що приймали ацеклофенак, ігрупи порівняння спостерігали покращення усіх досліджуваних показників, більш виражене у хворих основноїгрупи. Зниження інтенсивності больового синдрому, збільшення рухової активності, покращення функціональноїздатності пацієнтів свідчить про доцільність використання ацеклофенаку у хворих на остеоартроз коліннихсуглобів.КЛЮЧОВІ СЛОВА: остеоартроз, лікування, ацеклофенак. | uk-UA |
