| dc.description | Summary. The aim of the study was to increase the effectiveness of respiratory diseases treatment in children with atopic dermatitis through the implementation of an educational program for parents. An observation of 78 children aged from 2 months till 3 years was conducted where; 42 children had respiratory diseases with underlying atopic dermatitis (treatment group) and other 36 children were without comorbidity evidences (control group). It was found out that among the clinical forms in children of the main group there was dominating acute constrictive laryngotracheitis of I-II degree (21.4 %) and acute obstructive bronchitis (42.9 % of cases), while in the control group of the children there was diagnosed a breathing passages abnormity in the form of nasopharyngitis and laryngotracheitis (21.8 %), acute common bronchitis (41.7 % of cases); the disease progression was not acute, the prognosis was favorable. Though, even on the background of minimal clinical changes within the atopic dermatitis the acute respiratory disease abnormity in infants runs harder, longer and it is often supported by complicated stenotic or obstructive syndromes.It was proved that the educational work with parents conducted during the child's stay in the in-patient hospital and follow-up visit to the doctor, has enabled parents to increase their awareness of the causes, run and treatment of infants’ respiratory diseases abnormity with underlying atopic dermatitis.Key words: acute respiratory diseases, atopic dermatitis, infants. | en-US |
| dc.description | РЕЗЮМЕ. Метою дослідження стало підвищення ефективності лікування респіраторної патології у дітей, хворих на атопічний дерматит, шляхом упровадження освітньої програми для батьків. Проведено спостереження за 78 дітьми віком від 2 місяців до 3 років, з них 42 дітей із захворюваннями органів дихання на тлі атопічного дерматиту (основна група) та 36 дітей без проявів супутньої патології (група порівняння). Встановлено, що серед клінічних форм у дітей основної групи домінували гострий стенозуючий ларинготрахеїт І–ІІ ступенів (21,4 %) та гострий обструктивний бронхіт (42,9 % випадків), тоді як у дітей групи порівняння патологію дихальних шляхів діагностували у формі ринофарингіту, ларинготрахеїту (21,8 %), гострого простого бронхіту (41,7 % випадків); перебіг був нетяжкий, прогноз сприятливий. На фоні навіть мінімальних клінічних змін у рамках атопічного дерматиту гостра респіраторна патологія у дітей раннього віку перебігає тяжче, триваліше, нерідко ускладнюється стенотичним чи обструктивним синдромом. Доведено, що освітня робота з батьками, яку проводили під час перебування дитини в стаціонарі та контрольних візитів до лікаря, дала можливість підвищити рівень поінформованості батьків про причини, перебіг та лікування респіраторної патології на тлі атопічного дерматиту в дітей раннього віку.Ключові слова: гострі захворювання органів дихання, атопічний дерматит, діти раннього віку. | uk-UA |
