| dc.description | Summary. The peculiarities of remodeling small arteries of the atrium of postresection pulmonary arterial hypertension were studied using morphological methods. It was established that the model pathology results in thickening of the arterial wall, narrowing spaces research arteries, damage endotheliocytes that led to their dysfunction, decreasing of organ blood supply, hypoxia, dystrophic and necrobiolic changes of tissues and cells, infiltration, sclerosis. Structural changes of arteries prevail in right atrium of decompensated cor pulmonale, prevailed.KEY WORDS: arteries, atrium, pulmonary arterial hypertension. | en-US |
| dc.description | РЕЗЮМЕ. Морфологічними методами вивчені особливості ремоделювання артерій дрібного калібру передсердь при пострезекційній артеріальній легеневій гіпертензії. Встановлено, що в умовах змодельованої патології виражено потовщується стінка, звужується просвіт досліджуваних артерій, пошкоджуються ендотеліоцити, що ускладнюється їх дисфункцією, погіршанням кровопостачання органа, гіпоксією, дистрофічними, некробіотичними змінами клітин і тканин, осередками інфільтрації, кардіосклерозу.
