| dc.description | The article shows the fi rst experience of endobiliary operations in patients with obstructive jaundice of various etiology inBukovyna. Accurate preoperative diagnosis of the causes of obstructive jaundice helps to optimize surgical treatment, reduces theincidence of complications in the postoperative period. The analysis of etiological causes of obstructive jaundice and characteristicof prigress of the disease are shown. In clinical material (35 patients) showed high effi ciency endobiliary interventions that notrequired narcosis, don’t cause signifi cant operative trauma, in a diagnostic and treatment process. This avoids the execution ofopen operations and improve immediate and long-term outcomes in patients with obstructive jaundice. | en-US |
| dc.description | У статті показано перший досвід виконання ендобіліарних операцій у хворих з механічною жовтяницею різного ге-незу на Буковині. Точна доопераційна діагностика причини механічної жовтяниці сприяє оптимізації хірургічноїтактики, зменшує частоту ускладнень у післяопераційному періоді. Проаналізовано етіологічні причини механічноїжовтяниці, показано особливість перебігу даного захворювання. На клінічному матеріалі (35 хворих) доведено високуефективність ендобіліарних втручань, які не потребують застосування наркозу, не спричиняють значної операційноїтравми в діагностично-лікувальному процесі. Це дозволяє уникнути виконання відкритих операцій та покращитибезпосередні й віддалені результати лікування хворих на механічну жовтяницю. | uk-UA |
