| dc.description | The aim of the study was to improve the effi ciency of treatment of postoperative ventral hernias based on plastics, whichrestores the anatomical and physiological properties of the anterior abdominal wall. It is shown that, following an interventionby the improved method regardless of the location of the hernia defect were obtained encouraging results for the conservationof muscle function of the anterior abdominal wall, in particular, the use of the modifi ed method of surgical treatment allowedin 75 % of cases completely restoring functional ability of stomach muscles. | en-US |
| dc.description | Метою дослідження було підвищення ефективності лікування вентральних післяопераційних гриж на основі пластики,яка відновлює анатомо-фізіологічні властивості м’язів передньої черевної стінки. Показано, що після проведеного втру-чання за удосконаленою методикою, незалежно від локалізації грижового дефекту, були одержані обнадійливі результатищодо збереження функції м’язів передньої черевної стінки, зокрема застосування модифікованого способу операційноголікування дозволяло у 75 % випадків повністю відновити функціональну здатність прямих м’язів живота. | uk-UA |
