| dc.description | The basic models and stages of postgraduate medical education in Europe,USAand peculiarities of internship inUkraineare presented. The conducted analysis reveals that, despite some differences, general trends in structure and duration of studying, terms of entry to medical institutions and access to independent professional activities observe similarity in the construction of medical education in the world. The concept of internship transformation in Surgery inUkraineis covered and five primary tasks that enable to approach to European standards are singled out in this article. | en-US |
| dc.description | Представлено основні моделі та етапи післядипломної медичної освіти в Європі, Америці та особливості проведення інтернатури в Україні. Аналіз показує, що, незважаючи на деякі відмінності, в цілому в побудові медичної освіти у світі прослідковуються загальні тенденції в структурі й тривалості навчання, умовах вступу в медичні заклади освіти та допуску до самостійної професійної діяльності. Висвітлено концепцію трансформації інтернатури по хірургії в Україні, виокремлено 5 першочергових завдань, які дозволять у майбутньому наблизитися до європейських стандартів. | uk-UA |
