| dc.description | This research was based on a retrospective analysis of 34 morphological studies in patients with chronic pancreatitis complicated by pseudocysts (PC). The research allowed to find out issues about the nature of pathological changes in pancreatic parenchyma and duct of patients with PC with different degrees of pancreatic fibrosis. A significant correlation between diffuse fibrosis and pathological changes in pancreas, namely main pancreatic duct lithiasis, parenchymal calcification and retention cysts was established. | en-US |
| dc.description | Дослідження ґрунтується на ретроспективному аналізі морфологічних досліджень 34 хворих на хронічний панкреатит, ускладнений псеводокістами. Дослідження дозволило з’ясувати питання щодо характеру патоморфологічних змін у панкреатичній паренхімі та протоках у хворих на псевдокісти при різному ступені панкреатичного фіброзу. Доведено кореляцію між значним дифузним фіброзом та патоморфологічними змінами у підшлунковій залозі, а саме вірсунголітіазом, паренхіматозним кальцинозом та ретенційними кістами. | uk-UA |
