| dc.description | The analysis of investigation of 55 patients has demonstrated that of the non-infected bile peritonitis is characterized by increased level of the pro-inflammatory cytokines of tumor necrosis factor-alpha, interleukine-6, anti-inflammatory interleukine-4 of blood plasma and pro-inflammatory interleukine-8 of the bile. Increase of the studied cytokines level under the infected bile peritonitis is more sensitive marker of the early diagnostics of the disease in comparison with non-infected bile peritonitis. | en-US |
| dc.description | Аналіз обстеження 55 хворих показав, що неінфікований жовчний перитоніт характеризується зростанням концентрації прозапальних цитокінів фактора некрозу пухлин-альфа, інтерлейкіну-6, протизапального інтерлейкіну-4 в сироватці крові та прозапального інтерлейкіну-8 у жовчі. Істотне наростання всіх досліджених цитокінів при розвитку інфікованого жовчного перитоніту є високочутливим тестом діагностики даного захворювання відносно неінфікованого патологічного процесу. | uk-UA |
