THE POSSIBILITIES OF PEDAGOGICAL USE OF THE DISTANCE SYSTEM OF TRAINING FOR THE OUT-OF-CLASS INDEPENDENT WORK

| dc.description | The article analyzes the possibility of using educational materials in extra-curricular training for medical students of the third year in the speciality “Radiology”. The reality when a medical student is mostly studying on the Internet, as well as introducing modern digital technologies into pedagogical practice, allows to improve the extracurricular training of students in the discipline “Radiology”, which in itself provides for visualization of clinical cases. Through the year, with the help of the Microsoft Forms Office add-in, scans of modern radiological examination methods for hematologic and urological patients were uploaded to a clinical subgroup’s electronic mailbox, and the program automatically created a pie chart of students’ answers for the primary visual analysis of uniformity or diversity of results. There was a possibility of remote communication with the teacher, discussion of interesting clinical cases, analysis of mistakes, possibility of testing the acquired knowledge was developed. The results of the study showed positive statistically significant changes in the interpretation of diagnostic images provided for independent work in enrolled students after intermediate work on primary mistakes, indicating the need to combine classroom and online education as complementary rather than exclusive. | en-US |
| dc.description | У статті проаналізовано можливості використання навчальних матеріалів в позааудиторному навчанні для студентів третього курсу факультету підготовки іноземних громадян зі спеціальності «Радіологія». Реальність, коли студент медичного вузу вчиться, здебільшого, в Інтернеті, а також впровадження в педагогічну практику сучасних цифрових технологій дозволяє удосконалити позааудиторне навчання студентів з дисципліни «Радіологія», яка сама по собі передбачає візуалізацію клінічних випадків. Упродовж року за допомогою надбудови Microsoft Forms Office скани сучасних радіологічних методів обстеження гематологічних та урологічних хворих завантажували на електронну скриньку клінічних підгруп, програмою також було автоматично створено кругову діаграму відповідей студентів для первинного зорового аналізу однорідності чи різноманітності результатів. Існувала можливість зворотного дистанційного зв’язку із викладачем, обговорення цікавих клінічних випадків, розбору помилок, розроблено можливість тестування засвоєних знань. Результати дослідження показали позитивні статистично значимі зміни в якості інтерпретації діагностичних зображень, наданих для самостійної роботи в охоплених студентів після проміжної роботи над первинними помилками, що свідчить про необхідність комбінування аудиторної та онлайн-освіти, як взаємодоповнюючих, а не виключаючих одна одну. | uk-UA |
