dc.descriptionThe article argues that vocational training of future junior specialists in nursing involves taking into account fundamental ideas and requirements to organization of the educational process in medical colleges that reflect the totality of didactic principles. The main didactic principles, which should be adhered in the vocational training of future junior specialists in nursing in medical colleges, include principle of science, consistency and regularity, accessibility, connection of study with life (theory with practice) etc. In order to comply with the principle of science in vocational training of future junior specialists in nursing the scientific data of various fields of human activities are taking into account: medical, pedagogical, psychological, etc. The implementation of didactic principle of consistency and regularity is based on the formation of systemic knowledge of students about medical field and professional activity of junior specialists in nursing in it. The principle of accessibility is important in vocational training of students in medical colleges. Future junior specialists in nursing should understand and learn the necessary and available scientific and educational content, avoiding the intellectual, moral, physical overload. The principle of connection of study with life, with future professional activity is based on the fact that students should be aware of the importance and the necessity of studying all disciplines in medical college to become competent specialist.en-US
dc.descriptionУ статті аргументовано, що професійна підготовка майбутніх молодших спеціалістів сестринської справи передбачає врахування засадничих ідей і вимог до організації освітнього процесу в медичних коледжах, що відображають сукупність дидактичних принципів. До основних дидактичних принципів, яких необхідно дотримуватися у професійній підготовці майбутніх молодших спеціалістів сестринської справи у медичних коледжах, віднесено принципи науковості, послідовності та систематичності, доступності, зв’язку навчання з життям (теорії з практикою) та ін. З метою дотримання принципу науковості у професійній підготовці майбутніх фахівців медсестринства враховуються наукові дані різних сфер діяльності людини: медичної, педагогічної, психологічної та ін. Реалізація дидактичного принципу послідовності і систематичності базується на формуванні системних знань студентів про медичну сферу і професійну діяльність у ній молодших спеціалістів сестринської справи. Важливим у професійній підготовці студентів у медичних коледжах є принцип доступності. Майбутні молодші спеціалісти сестринської справи повинні зрозуміти і засвоїти необхідний і доступний науковий і навчальний контент, уникаючи інтелектуальних, моральних, фізичних перевантажень. Принцип зв’язку навчання з життям, з майбутньою професійною діяльністю базується на тому, що студенти повинні усвідомлювати важливість і необхідність вивчення всіх дисциплін у медичному коледжі, щоб стати компетентним фахівцем.uk-UA
