| dc.description | The aim of the work – to analyze the results of implementing the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) in order to evaluate the level of knowledge and practical skills of the internship doctors of Academic-and-Research Institute of Postgraduate Education (ARIPE) when taking the final academic assessment. The main body. In the IFNMU, the pilot project of implementing the OSCE was conducted for internship doctors in the following specialties: “Obstetrics & Gynecology”, “Pediatrics”, “Ophthalmology”, “Surgery”, “Emergency Medicine (EM)”, “Radiology”, “Neurology”, “Infectious diseases”, “Psychiatry”, “Phthisiology and Pulmonology”, “Dermatovenereology”. The analysis of the obtained results allowed us to determine the advantages of the OSCE over the traditional examinations, including accuracy of the mark, reliability and flexibility. Meanwhile, it is necessary to pay attention to the whole range of the problematic issues which appear when implementing the OSCE, in particular: unprepared standardized patients, lack of experience of the examiners and the exam organizers, need for improving the material and methodical basis. Conclusions. The pilot project on the introduction of OSCE in the IFNMU indicates the effectiveness of the exam and the need to disseminate such approaches to the final certification of graduates of the University, taking into account international experience. | en-US |
| dc.description | Мета роботи – проведення аналізу результатів запровадження об’єктивного структурованого клінічного іспиту (ОСКІ) для оцінки рівня знань і практичних навичок у лікарів-інтернів Навчально-наукового інституту післядипломної освіти (ННІПО) під час складання підсумкової атестації. Основна частина. В ІФНМУ проведено пілотний проект із запровадження ОСКІ для лікарів-інтернів із спеціальностей: «Акушерство і гінекологія», «Педіатрія», «Офтальмологія», «Хірургія», «МНС», «Радіологія», «Неврологія», «Інфекційні хвороби», «Психіатрія», «Фтизіатрія та пульмонологія», «Дерматовенерологія». Аналіз отриманих результатів дозволив встановити переваги ОСКІ на відміну від традиційних іспитів, зокрема достовірність оцінки, надійність та гнучкість. Водночас варто звернути увагу на цілу низку проблемних питань, які виникають при запровадженні ОСКІ, такі, як: непідготовлені стандартизовані пацієнти, недостатній досвід екзаменаторів і організаторів іспиту, потребує вдосконалення матеріальна та методична база. Висновок. Пілотний проект із запровадження ОСКІ в ІФНМУ вказує на ефективність іспиту та необхідність поширення таких підходів до підсумкової атестації випускників Університету з врахуванням міжнародного досвіду. | uk-UA |
