dc.descriptionThe aim of the work – to study the methodical aspects of teaching the discipline of Physical Methods of Analysis for the first year students of the pharmaceutical faculty of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University (full-time education). The main body. The discipline of Physical Methods of Analysis will provide students with the knowledge and skills in qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances that in the future will allow competently to carry out their professional duties in the field of quality control of both medicinal substances and medicines. Students also study the theoretical foundations of the above methods and their applications in the pharmaceutical area. Within practical classes they review the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine [1] – the constitution of medicines, which contains monographs on specific medicinal substances and medicines and describes the appropriate methods of analysis. The quality of API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) is evaluated as a result of this methods. At carrying out “Identity” and “Quantitative determination” tests of medicinal substances, students determine their qualitative composition and quantitative content, using appropriate pharmacopoeial methods. A detailed and thorough study of the theoretical foundations of physical methods of analysis provides an opportunity to more fully master the material being studied, as well as to realize the scientific and creative potential of students, which enriches their knowledge and practical skills that will be directly used in future pharmaceutical practice. Conclusions. Thus, the studying of physical methods of analysis is important for the training of future masters of pharmacy. By integrating the laws and methods of many sciences, this discipline stands at the guard of medicines quality, and therefore human health. Analysis and introduction of modern positions and innovative methods into pedagogical activity will allow students to systematize the acquired knowledge and skills in their professional activities, as well as to ensure their competitiveness in the international labor market.en-US
dc.descriptionМета роботи – вивчення методичних аспектів викладання дисципліни “Фізичні методи аналізу” для студентів 1 курсу фармацевтичного факультету ТДМУ імені І. Я. Горбачевського (денної форми навчання). Основна частина. Навчальна дисципліна “Фізичні методи аналізу” забезпечить студентів знаннями і вміннями щодо якісного та кількісного аналізу речовин, які в майбутньому дозволять компетентно виконувати свої професійні обов’язки у сфері контро­лю якості як субстанцій лікарських речовин (ЛР), так і готових лікарських засобів (ГЛЗ). Також студенти вивчають теоретичні основи вищевказаних методів та їх застосування у фармацевтичній галузі. На практичних заняттях вони знайомляться з Державною Фармакопеєю України [1] – конституцією лікарських засобів, у якій наведені монографії на конкретні субстанції ЛР, на ГЛЗ та описані відповідні методи аналізу, в результаті проведення яких оцінюють якість відповідного АФІ (активного фармацевтичного інгредієнта) тощо. При проведенні випробування “Тотожність” і “Кількісне визначення” субстанцій ЛР студенти визначають їх якісний склад та кількісний вміст, застосовують при цьому підхожі фармакопейні методи. Детальне і ґрунтовне вивчення теоретичних основ фізичних методів аналізу дає можливість більш повно засвоїти матеріал, що вивчається, а також реалізувати науково-творчий потенціал студентів, який збагачує їх знаннями і практичними навичками, що безпосередньо будуть використані у майбутній фармацевтичній практиці. Висновки. Таким чином, для підготовки майбутніх магістрів фармації важливе місце займає вивчення фізичних методів аналізу. Інтегруючи закони і методи багатьох наук, ця дисципліна стоїть на сторожі якості лікарських засобів, а значить, і здоров’я людини. Аналіз і введення у педагогічну діяльність сучасних положень, інноваційних прийомів та методів дозволить студентам систематизувати отримані знання та вміння їх використання у професійній діяльності, а також забезпечить їх конкурентоспроможність на міжнародному ринку праці.uk-UA
