IMPROVING OF TRAINING OF DOCTORS OF GENERAL PRACTICE – FAMILY MEDICINE ON AMBULATORY PEDIATRICS

| dc.description | The aim of the work – to improve the training of general practitioners – family medicine specialists by introducing a special educational program for ambulatory pediatrics. The main body. Ukraine is implementing the Health Care Reform. It involves the development of primary health care on the basis of family medicine. The reform envisages mainly the preventive and medical and social orientation of the primary care physicians. But, typical training programs for internship in General Practice – Family Medicine today do not provide adequate training doctors on prevention. The question of preventive pediatrics takes 32 hours (12.5 % of the total time), and social pediatrics – 2 hours (1 %). General practitioners – family medicine do not have experience of “supervising” for children, limited amount of educational materials, there is no thematic improvement on ambulatory paediatrics and this does not allow practitioners to improve their professional level. The department has developed a curriculum of the thematic improvement cycle on ambulatory pediatrics for general practitioners – family medicine is designed for 1 month (156 academic hours): the program has 15 modules, of which 8 (45 years – 30 %) refer to the main directions of preventive and social pediatrics. Conclusion. The attraction of highly skilled scientific and pedagogical staff in the medical-diagnostic process of the ambulatory clinic will ensure an increase in the quality of service for the children’s population and increase the training of general practitioners – family medicine doctors. | en-US |
| dc.description | Мета роботи – удосконалення підготовки лікарів загальної практики – сімейної медицини шляхом запровадження спеціальної навчальної програми з амбулаторної педіатрії. Основна частина. Реформа охорони здоров’я, яка здійснюється в Україні, орієнтована на розвиток первинної медико-санітарної допомоги на засадах сімейної медицини, що передбачає, в першу чергу, профілактичну та медико-соціальну спрямованість роботи лікарів первинної ланки. Проте типові програми інтернатури за спеціальністю “Загальна практика – сімейна медицина” наразі не забезпечують відповідну підготовку лікарів у частині профілактичної складової. Так, на питання профілактичної педіатрії припадає 32 год (12,5 % загального часу), а соціальної педіатрії – 2 год (1 %). Відсутність у лікарів загальної практики – сімейної медицини досвіду “нагляду” за дітьми, обмежена кількість навчальних матеріалів, відсутність тематичного удосконалення з питань амбулаторної педіатрії не дозволяють лікарям-практикам підвищити свій професійний рівень. На кафедрі розроблена навчальна програма циклу тематичного удосконалення з питань амбулаторної педіатрії для лікарів загальної практики – сімейної медицини розрахована на 1 місяць (156 навчальних годин): програма налічує 15 модулів, з яких 8 (45 год – 30 %) стосуються основних напрямів профілактичної та соціальної педіатрії. Висновок. Залучення висококваліфікованих науково-педагогічних кадрів у лікувально-діагностичний процес амбулаторій буде забезпечувати зростання якості обслуговування дитячого населення та підвищувати підготовку лікарів загальної практики – сімейної медицини. | uk-UA |
