EXPERIENCE OF HOLDING THE 1ST ROUND OF THE OLYMPIAD ON ENDOCRINOLOGY IN IVANO-FRANKIVSK NATIONAL MEDICAL UNIVERSITY

| dc.description | The aim of the work – to increase the motivation of students to participate in scientific competitions and present our own experience in holding the 1st round of the Olympiad on Endocrinology at IFNMU. The main body. A round of Olympiads on Endocrinology at IFNMU was held. With the help of website of the university students were informed about Olympiad. The department members were chosen to be a competent committee. Structure of the competition includes answers to theoretical questions (the same for all participants), computer test control of the higher level difficulty “Emergency conditions in the endocrinology”, practical skills in patients. Participants of the first round were evaluated by each member of the commission. Students with the maximum points were determined as winners. The winner of the first qualifying round got the second place in the second round of the Endocrinology Olympiad – a reward for work of students and pride for the university. Conclusions. Olympiad is the mechanism to form personnel potential in different spheres of human activity. Conducting the 1st round of the Olympiad in IFNMU on Endocrinology in same conditions for participants according to the described structure is an important experience and a way to improve competitions such a type. | en-US |
| dc.description | Мета роботи – підвищення мотивації студентів до участі в наукових змаганнях та представлення власного досвіду проведення І туру олімпіади з ендокринології в ІФНМУ. Основна частина. Проведено І тур олімпіади з ендокринології в ІФНМУ. Через інформаційний сайт університету повідомлено про оголошення конкурсу серед учасників. Створена компетентна комісія з професорсько-викладацького складу кафедри. Визначена структура конкурсу: відповіді на теоретичні питання (однакові для всіх учасників), комп’ютерний тестовий контроль підвищеної складності “Невідкладні стани в ендокринології”, практичні навики біля пацієнтів. Кожним членом комісії проведене незалежне оцінювання рівня піготовки учасників відбіркового туру. Переможцями визначені студенти з отриманими максимальними балами. Здобуте призове ІІ місце в ІІ турі олімпіади з ендокринології одного з переможців І відбіркового туру – винагорода за працю для студентів та гордість для університету. Висновок. Олімпіада – механізм формування кадрового потенціалу в різних сферах людської діяльності. Проведення І туру олімпіади в ІФНМУ з ендокринології в рівнозначних умовах для учасників за описаною структурою – важливий досвід та шлях до вдосконалення конкурсних змагань. | uk-UA |
