dc.descriptionThe aim of the work – to analyze the main factors influencing the organization of the educational process for pharmacists-interns at the Department of Pharmacy in Research Institute of Postgraduate Education of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University. The main body. The Department of Pharmacy at the Educational and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University is the base for training and internship of pharmacists to independent and successful work in the pharmaceutical industry, equipped with audiences, scientific laboratory and appropriate technical means: computers, video systems, projector, which are used for active teaching methods. A team of highly skilled teachers, with practical experience, tracks important trends in domestic and world pharmacies, introduce relevant changes in work programs and communicates this up-to-date information to interns. The development of teaching materials is consistent with the concept that a pharmacist can improve the responsible use of medicines and, accordingly, need to develop such skills to achieve this goal, which is one of the recommendations of the FIP. While studying in an internship, young professionals learn both basic pharmaceutical sciences and the basics of drug use in the context of pharmaceutical care. After completing the internship program, pharmacists are subject to certification to determine the level of knowledge and practical skills. Conclusion. The training of professional personnel and pharmacists requires the use of all available national resources and recommendations of the International Pharmaceutical Federation in accordance with international standards and national interests, which is guided by the team of the Department of Pharmacy of Research Institute of Postgraduate Education of the Ternopil State Medical University.en-US
dc.descriptionМета роботи – проаналізувати основні фактори, які впливають на організацію навчального процесу для провізорів-інтернів на кафедрі фармації ННІ ПО Тернопільського державного медичного університету імені І. Я. Горбачевського. Основна частина. Кафедра фармації Навчально-наукового інституту післядипломної освіти Тернопільського державного медичного університету імені І. Я. Горбачевського є базовою для навчання та підготовки в інтернатурі провізорів до самостійної та успішної роботи у фармацевтичній галузі, оснащена аудиторіями, науковою лабораторією та відповідними технічними засобами: комп’ютерами, відеосистемами, проектором, які використовуються для активних методів навчання. Колектив висококваліфікованих викладачів, із досвідом практичної роботи, відстежує важливі тенденції у вітчизняній та світовій фармації, впроваджує відповідні зміни у робочих програмах та доносить цю осучаснену інформацію до інтернів. При складанні навчально-методичних матеріалів дотримується концепція, згідно з якою фармацевт може покращити відповідальне вживання лікарських засобів, і, відповідно, потрібно розвивати такі навики для досягнення цієї мети, що є однією з рекомендацій FIP. Під час навчання в інтернатурі молоді спеціалісти засвоюють як основні фармацевтичні науки, так і основи застосування лікарських засобів у контексті фармацевтичної опіки. Після закінчення програми підготовки в інтернатурі провізори підлягають атестації для визначення рівня знань і практичних навичок. Висновок. Підготовка професійних кадрів, провізорів вимагає використання усіх наявних національних ресурсів та рекомендацій Міжнародної фармацевтичної федерації відповідно до міжнародних стандартів і національних інтересів, чим і керується у своїй роботі колектив кафедри фармації ННІ ПО Тернопільського державного медичного університету.uk-UA
