| dc.description | The importance of the implementation of the EMR MIS in the Ukraine healthcare system is confirmed. The EU countries experience of the adoption of the EMR MIS is shown. A key problems of the implementation of the EMR MIS are signed. The significance of the properly education methodology for the teaching of the Medical Informatics is confirmed.The approaches to the automation of the hospital information processes is presented. The shortlist of the proprietary and open-source EMR MIS which can be used to automation of the hospital information processes is given. Corresponding technical architecture solutions are shown. Advantages and disadvantages of the proprietary EMR MIS in compare to open-source EMR MIS are mentioned.The methodology of the proprietary and open-source EMR MIS usage for the teaching of the Medical Informatics course is developed. The main targets of an EMR MIS learning process are shown. The typical task papers for the learning of the important basic features of the Doctor Eleks, OpenEMR, OpenMRS, OpenDental EMR MIS are provided. It are included learning both user interface components at same time with the patient record management and encounter record management operation studding. The capabilities of the open-source EMR MIS usage to the scientific research work are also considered. | en-US |
| dc.description | Показано актуальність впровадження МІС ЕМК у галузі охорони здоров’я України. Представлено короткий огляд комерційних та вільно-розповсюджуваних МІС ЕМК у рамках альтернативних підходів до автоматизації інформаційних процесів у лікувально-профілактичних закладах. Розроблено методику застосування комерційних та вільно-розповсюджуваних МІС ЕМК при викладанні окремих тем з курсу “Медична інформатика” для студентів медичного та стоматологічного факультетів. Створено набір типових завдань для вивчення функціональних можливостей МІС ЕМК “Доктор Елекс”, OpenEMR, OpenMRS, OpenDental. Розглянуто можливості застосування вільно-розповсюджуваних МІС ЕМК у науково-дослідній роботі. | uk-UA |
