| dc.description | The article the discloses tendencies and prior directions of higher education development in Ukraine with a glance to international tendencies. A parallel is drawn between a traditional model of education and a model based on the competence approach. There is also characterized a significance of innovative studying technologies in the process of competence approach implementation in the medical institutions of higher education. Personally oriented direction of innovative study is showed. Проведена паралель між традиційною моделлю навчання та моделлю, побудованою на основі компетентнісного підходу. Охарактеризована роль інноваційних технологій навчання у процесі реалізації компетентнісного підходу у вищих медичних навчальних закладах. Висвітлено особистісно-орієнтовану спрямованість інноваційного навчання.
