| dc.description | The article reveals the essence of interactive teaching methods that ensure optimization of educational process. The basic innovative methods are used in the system of postgraduate medical education: case-method, business and role-playing, and competitive method of small groups, brainstorming, discussion method. The possibility of their use in practice is revealed. Preference is given to the method of the present case-study. Охарактеризовано основні іноваційні методи, що застосовуються у системі післядипломної медичної освіти: кейс–метод, ділові та рольові ігри, метод малих та конкурентних груп, мозковий штурм, метод дискусії. Розкрито можливості їх використання у практиці. Перевагу надано сучасному методу case-study.
