This causes the need of purposeful formation of professional culture of medical personnel during training.         The article deals with the progress and results of experimental work on the formation of professional culture of the future medical workers under training. dc.descriptionСьогодні професійна культура медичного працівника починає набувати властивості одного з основних ресурсів, що забезпечують як високий соціальний престиж і успішність медичного працівника в цілому, так і конкретного вищого навчального закладу зокрема. Це, у свою чергу, викликає необхідність цілеспрямованого формування професійної культури медичного працівника у процесі фахової підготовки.         У статті розглянуто перебіг та результати експериментальної роботи з формування професійної культури майбутніх медичних працівників молодшої кваліфікації.
