| dc.description | The algorithm of blood cells primary image modification was described that obtained on microscopy of blood smears colored in standard clinical laboratory. Proposed algorithm provides a modified final image of the studied ERYTHRON components whose image identical morphological characteristics of these cells according to electron microscopy. This not only significantly reduce the cost of analysis, but also make an opportunity to obtain further information about the nature deformability of this cell trough usage of inverted images. | en-US |
| dc.description | В роботі подано алгоритм модифікації первинного зображення формених елементів крові, отриманого шляхом мікроскопії незабарвлених мазків крові у стандартних умовах клінічної лабораторії. Запропонований алгоритм дає можливість отримати кінцеве модифіковане зображення всіх компонентів еритрону, які вивчаються, і за своїми морфологічними ознаками ідентичні зображенню цих клітин за даними електронної мікроскопії. Отже, не тільки значно знижується вартість аналізу, а й з'являється можливість отримувати додаткову інформацію щодо характеру деформабільності клітини, що вивчається, за рахунок використання її інвертованих зображень. | uk-UA |
