| dc.description | Purpose - to assess the efficacy of adoption of organizational arrangements to involve HIV- positive persons from the group of labor migrants in medical surveillance, by making immunoassay services more available.Materials and methods. The form of analysis of the primary records № 030-5 / about persons who already were under medical observation and the form of primary records № 502-1/o for adult persons placed under medical observation in the current calendar year, in 2012 and 2013 have been analyzed.Results. It was found out, that immunoassay of HIV-positive persons of dispensary group was increased from 60.7% to 85.9% in 2013 compared to 2012, the average of HIV-positive persons, got under regular medical check-up in current year increased from 62.3 % in 2012 to 77.9% in 2013.Conclusions. In terms of regional subepidemy of HIV/AIDS in Transcarpathia region, due to decisive role of labor migrants in its development, it is very important to adopt some complex arrangements to involve the HIV-positive persons in active medical surveillance.KEY WORDS: medical surveillance, HIV/AIDS, labor migrants. | en-US |
| dc.description | Мета: оцінити ефективність організаційних заходів із залучення ВІЛ-інфікованих осіб з групи трудових мігрантів до медичного нагляду шляхом наближення послуг імунологічного обстеження. Матеріали і методи. Проаналізовано форму первинної облікової документації №030-5/о осіб, які уже перебували під диспансерним наглядом, та форму первинної облікової документації №502-1/о для дорослих осіб, поставлених під диспансерний нагляд у поточному календарному році, за 2012 та 2013 роки.Результати. Виявлено, що охоплення імунологічними обстеженнями ВІЛ-інфікованих осіб диспансерної групи у 2013 р. порівняно з 2012 р. зросло з 60,7% до 85,9%. Охоплення ВІЛ-інфікованих осіб, поставлених на диспансерний облік у поточному році, зросло з 62,3% у 2012 р. до 77,9% у 2013 р.Висновки. В умовах регіональної субепідемії ВІЛ/СНІДу в Закарпатській області, де визначальну роль у її розвитку відіграють трудові мігранти, важливим є впровадження окремих комплексних заходів залучення даної групи ВІЛ-інфікованих осіб до активного медичного нагляду.КЛЮЧОВІ СЛОВА: медичний нагляд, ВІЛ/СНІД, трудові мігранти. | uk-UA |
