| dc.description | Purpose: to develop a procedure of application of telemedicine system of patients consultation in teaching and practical centers of primary health care, including stomatologic profile.Materials and methods. The telemedicine network of training and practical centers of primary health care in the region regarding consultation of patients of stomatologic profile for placing of relevant depots of medical information on the IP server to which access was regulated for each side of consultation process has been used.Results. An order of telemedicine patients’ consultation of stomatologic profile has been defined. Indications for carrying out of teleconsultation with instructions of necessary experts have been resulted. The order of conducting documents is described.Conclusions. Experience of realization of telemedicine patients’ consultation of stomatologic profile shows expediency of allocation function of nurses, provides effective training of advisers for carrying out of consultations of necessary quality. The study also has shown possibility of control access to materials, which are recommended for studying in each specific case that is more effective on protection of health information compared to control access to the general base of medical data.KEY WORDS: stomatologic consulting, telemedicine. | en-US |
| dc.description | Мета: розробити порядок застосування телемедичної системи консультування пацієнтів у навчально-практичних центрах первинної медико-санітарної допомоги, у тому числі стоматологічного профілю.Матеріали і методи. Використано телемедичну мережу навчально-практичних центрів первинної медико-санітарної допомоги регіону в частині консультування пацієнтів стоматологічного профілю для розміщення відповідних депо медичної інформації на ір-сервері, доступ до яких був регламентований для кожної зі сторін процесу консультування.Результати. Визначено порядок телемедичного консультування пацієнтів стоматологічного профілю. Наведено показання для проведення телеконсультування із зазначенням необхідних фахівців. Описано порядок ведення документації.Висновки. Досвід здійснення телемедичного консультування пацієнтів стоматологічного профілю показує доцільність виділення функції середнього медичного працівника, що забезпечує ефективну підготовку консультантів для проведення консультації необхідної якості. Дослідження також показало можливість контролю доступу до матеріалів, які рекомендовані для вивчення в кожному конкретному випадку, що є більш ефективним щодо захисту медичної інформації порівняно з контролем доступу до загальної бази медичних даних.КЛЮЧОВІ СЛОВА: стоматологічне консультування, телемедицина. | uk-UA |
