| dc.description | Purpose: to study the changes in the functioning of the accommodative and drainage system in young persons under the influence of varying duration of work at the computer.Materials and methods. 120 student volunteers aged 17-19 years were investigated. Two groups were formed: the first group (control group) - 60 young people with emetropy refraction; the second group - 60 people with myopic refraction. The study took place in two stages. On each stage scoping absolute accommodation was performed Results. Changes of the accommodation volume in young patients with emetropy and myopic refraction has been studied. The characteristic changes of the indices under the influence of varying duration visual load have been established. Conclusions. Sustained visual activity at the computer monitor is accompanied by accommodative system voltage, which may indicate the occurrence of a temporary accommodative asthenopia.KEУ WORDS: accommodation volume, visual load, personal computer. | en-US |
| dc.description | Мета: вивчити зміни функціонування акомодаційно-дренажної системи у молодих осіб під впливом різної тривалості роботи за комп’ютером.Матеріали і методи. Обстежено 120 студентів-волонтерів віком 17–19 років, з яких було сформовано дві групи: перша (група контролю) – 60 молодих людей з еметропічною рефракцією; друга – 60 осіб з міопічною рефракцією. Дослідження відбувалось у два етапи, на кожному проводили визначення об’єму абсолютної акомодації.Результати. Вивчено зміни обсягу акомодації у осіб молодого віку з еметропічною та міопічною рефракцією. Встановлено характерні зміни досліджуваного показника під впливом різної тривалості зорової навантаження.Висновки. Тривала зорова робота за монітором комп’ютера супроводжується напруженням акомодаційної системи, що може свідчити про виникнення тимчасової акомодаційної астенопії.КЛЮЧОВІ СЛОВА: об’єм акомодації, зорове навантаження персональний комп’ютер. | uk-UA |
