MODERN ASPECTS OF NURSING IN HOME VISITS TO PATIENTS
Короткий опис(реферат)
Currently, health systems worldwide are faced with increasing care demands, especially in the context of caring for patients in a home setting. This growth is due to various factors, including the growing number of elderly people, the rising prevalence of chronic disease and efforts to reduce hospital stays, leading to a reduction in the financial burden on the health care system. In this connection, there is a growing need for professional care provided directly in patients' homes.
The aim of the study is to define modern standards of home care nursing, to study methods of clinical assessment and laboratory investigations, to analyze drug therapy management in the home, and to assess the impact of the educational program on patients' medication compliance. As part of the study, we examine the role of the nurse in treating various diseases in the home, analyze clinical assessment and laboratory indicators in nursing care, and investigate the impact of the educational program on medication compliance. The research object included patients with various diseases receiving health services in their homes. The research subject included the advances of modern approaches to home care, including the importance of psychological support on the part of health care professionals, and educating patients and their family on basic patient care. The study results obtained indicate a positive impact of patient education programs on medication compliance, correct use of drugs, and the overall quality of life and safety of pharmacological therapy in a home setting.
