NURSING ASPECTS OF HEMODIALYSIS, ITS SIGNIFICANCE AND SPECIAL FEATURES OF ITS NEPHROLOGICAL APPLICATIONS
Abstract
Hemodialysis plays an important role in the treatment of patients with
various nephrological diseases. A study of the nursing aspects of hemodialysis is critical to providing high quality care to these patients, ensuring their safety and optimization of treatment outcomes. Efficacy studies of hemodialysis in various nephrological diseases suggest the impact of this treatment on patients' quality of life and disease progression. This information allows the nurses to personalize care plans, to monitor treatment outcomes and to make sure that the patients receive the most suitable and effective treatment for their specific condition.
The aim of the study was to investigate the nursing aspects and the significance of hemodialysis, to study the special features of its nephrological applications in patients with various diseases, and to research the efficacy of hemodialysis in various kidney diseases. Based on the study, it can be concluded that hemodialysis leads to improvements in the quality of life of patients with, in particular, glomerulonephritis (60%), chronic kidney disease (40%), diabetic nephropathy (40%), other nephrological diseases (42,6%) and severe polycystic kidney disease (32%). The percentage of patients reporting stable quality of life after hemodialysis ranged from 28.6% to 52% in different disease groups. Given that hemodialysis has a positive effect on the quality of life in a large proportion of patients with various nephrological diseases, it is nevertheless important to keep in mind that treatment responses may vary depending on the specific disease. These results emphasize the importance of individualized approaches to patients on hemodialysis who have various nephrological diseases
