MODERN SURGICAL ASPECTS OF PRACTICAL NURSING: ORTHOPEDICS, ABDOMINAL SURGERY AND NEUROSURGERY
Короткий опис(реферат)
Nurses play a crucial role in the surgical process as they provide patient care, prepare for surgical procedures, assist during operations, monitor postoperative conditions, conduct preventive and rehabilitation activities, etc. This study involves a comprehensive analysis of the role of the nurse in the context of treatment of and caring for patients with various surgical conditions who have had surgical treatments in the fields of orthopedics, abdominal surgery, and neurosurgery. The importance of the role of the nurse in ensuring effective and safe postoperative rehabilitation, as well as managing pain syndrome in patients with various surgical conditions, is emphasized.
The aim of this study was to investigate the role of the nurse and compare the efficacy and safety of two multimodal analgesia regimens in patients with various surgical conditions, particularly in the fields of orthopedics, abdominal surgery, and neurosurgery. The methods of the study included an extensive range of clinical, surgical and neurosurgical techniques, as well as collection of medical history, physical examination, laboratory and instrumental investigations, and analytical data analysis and statistical analysis. The results of the study are expected to make a significant contribution to improving pain management strategies and postoperative care in patients undergoing surgical treatments in various units.
The study has shown nurses to play an important role in maintaining the quality of life and satisfaction of patients, as well as in preventing complications and side effects of their treatments. It was also determined which multimodal pain management schedules provided adequate analgesia levels and had similar safety profiles.
Nurses play a crucial role in the surgical process, encompassing various responsibilities, including providing comprehensive patient care, preparing for surgical procedures, assisting during operations, and ensuring thorough monitoring of postoperative conditions. They are also involved in preventive and rehabilitation activities, contributing to the overall safety and well-being of patients. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the role of nurses in the treatment and care of patients with surgical conditions, particularly those who have undergone procedures in orthopedics, abdominal surgery, and neurosurgery. In these fields, the importance of the nurse’s role in ensuring effective and safe postoperative rehabilitation is paramount, especially in managing pain syndromes and facilitating optimal recovery outcomes for patients.
The primary objective of this study is to investigate and highlight the critical role of nurses, as well as to compare the efficacy and safety of two multimodal analgesia regimens in patients undergoing surgeries in orthopedics, abdominal surgery, and neurosurgery. Multimodal pain management has become an essential component of postoperative care, and understanding the nurse’s contribution to administering and managing these protocols is key to improving patient outcomes. In addition, nurses' involvement in monitoring patient recovery, managing complications, and implementing rehabilitation strategies is fundamental to ensuring both the physical and emotional well-being of patients throughout the postoperative period.
The research methods employed in this study include a combination of clinical assessments, surgical and neurosurgical techniques, comprehensive medical history evaluations, physical examinations, and the use of both laboratory and instrumental investigations. Advanced data analysis and statistical methods were also applied to assess the effectiveness of different pain management approaches and to evaluate the impact of nursing care on patient recovery.
The results of the study are expected to provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of various multimodal pain management strategies, as well as their safety profiles, across different surgical fields. Furthermore, the study underscores the essential role that nurses play in enhancing patient satisfaction, preventing postoperative complications, and maintaining a high quality of life for patients after surgery. Through the comparison of different pain management schedules, the study aims to identify the most effective regimens that ensure adequate analgesia, while minimizing adverse effects. By focusing on the integral role of nurses, this study contributes to advancing the standards of postoperative care and optimizing pain management practices in modern surgical settings.
